As part of International Yoga Day celebrations Liv Ayurveda is focusing on how to harness the power of meditation in our daily lives.
Specifically we be exploring:
* the science behind mediation
* how to establish a deeply satisfying daily practice of meditation
* the role of yogic breathing practices to clear the mind and support meditation
* the health benefits for body and mind that accrue from a regular practice of meditation
* meditation as a tool for both detoxification and rejuvenation
* how meditation can improve the quality and quantity of your sleep
The workshop will run from 3pm – 7:30 pm on Sunday 28th June at Liv Ayurveda in Parramatta and will include guided meditations, talks, instruction is yogic breathing practices and different types of meditation practices.
Youโll also have the opportunity to mix with like minded people over a delicious 3 course Indian style vegetarian meal.
