Navel displacement occurs due to lifting heavy objects on an empty stomach, excessive usage of abdominal muscles, or even due to obesity. Symptoms of a displaced navel are indicated by digestive issues, severe abdominal pain, constipation, and diarrhoea. The treatment involves oil pooling in the navel with the prescribed oil and/or massaging to relocate the navel. Further, to alleviate the symptoms certain ayurvedic herbs are prescribed based on the indications.
