You can return the products if it fulfills any one of the below-mentioned conditions:
Ensure your product satisfies any one of the aforementioned conditions.In every case, you are required to call or email us within 48 hours after you have received the product and we’ll instruct on how to return the product.
The product should be shipped back to us within 7 days from the day you have received.
It is obligatory to keep a copy of the invoice with the package.
Unfortunately, we will not accept the return if the original tags on the products are absent or the seal is tampered.
In case you got a wrong product and returning the same, make sure the seal and packing is nit tampered. There is a chance for the products to incur damages due to the courier company’s fault. In such a case, we will accept the return but if the damage is incurred from the customer’s end we will not accept the return, unfortunately. Therefore, for the sake of trust and clarity, please send us a photo of the product via e mail before sending the package.Ship the package to the below-mentioned address. Make sure to mention the address as it is.
