Brain Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Wisdom – Online workshop
Brain Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Wisdom
A thoughtful, practical, and clinically relevant session on Brain Health.
In todayโs fast-paced, overstimulated world, challenges with brain health are becoming increasingly common. From everyday experiences like brain fog, poor focus, headaches, migraines, anxiety, and disrupted sleep, through more complex conditions such as burnout, chronic stress, cognitive decline, dementia, and Alzheimerโs disease, the health of the mind, brain, and nervous system is paramount and should be actively prioritised to prevent decline and support long-term cognitive function.
This workshop offers a grounded and integrative exploration of brain health through both a modern lens and the holistic framework of Ayurveda.
In this 2-hour session, Dr Rafeena will explore brain health through the framework of classical Ayurvedic psychology and internal medicine, examining the relationship between nervous system regulation, inflammation, digestion, lifestyle patterns, and cognitive clarity.
