We invite you to join us for the magic of Ayurveda Day and Onam Celebrations 2025, a remarkable event hosted by Liv Ayurveda at our Parramatta centre. It will be an afternoon and evening dedicated to exploring the pathways to holistic health and well-being, featuring esteemed speaker cum practitioners while celebrating the vibrant festivities of Onam, Kerala’s biggest harvest festival.

Event Highlights

Opening Ceremony (3:00 PM): Begin your journey into holistic wellness and cultural celebration.

Main Session (3:15 PM – 6:00 PM): A captivating agenda unfolds, beginning with an educational presentation on Panchakarma by Dr. Rafeena Kidavintavida, founding Director of Liv Ayurveda, shedding light on ancient detox principles.

Dr. Shaun Matthews, holistic GP and passionate advocate of Ayurveda, emphasizes the importance of home cleansing practices, providing practical insights on Kitchdi cleanse. The event delves into hands-on learning with Ayurvedic head massage techniques and cooking demonstrations, presented by both esteemed practitioners followed by a sumptuous vegetarian platter traditionally known as Sadya.

Dr. Rafeena is the founding Director of Liv Ayurveda and one of the most sought after and experienced Ayurvedic Doctors in Australia. A graduate in Ayurvedic medicine with a post-graduate diploma in Yoga, she has been practicing and teaching Ayurveda and Yoga for more than 20 years. Hailing from Kerala, India, Dr. Rafeena has been practicing Ayurveda in Sydney since March 2014. She believes and vigorously practices Ayurveda to help others attain total health and wellness.
