At Liv Ayurveda, we provide an array of Ayurvedic products that can cater to your healing needs. You are free to order any number of products at once. To place an order, add the products you want to the cart, proceed by submitting your shipping address and select the payment method (Paypal, Credit Care or Cash on Pick up) you desire.

You will also receive notification in cases when the order has failed or put on hold


Shipping Address:- At Liv Ayurveda, we do our best from our end to make your shopping experience is satisfying and hassle-free. Kindly make sure the shipping address and contact details provided are correct before you place the order so that your products will be timely and accurately delivered.
Shipping Charge: We deliver our products all over Australia and to other countries as well. However, we do charge for shipping but the amount varies depending on factors like:
  • Your location
  • The type of product
  • The total amount of your products
Shipping Time: Your products will be shipped within 1-2 days. The time taken for the products to reach you depends on the courier providers. Normally, the products get delivered within 5-8 days and in case of International order, it may take 15-20 days (varies according to the country). However, this is not guaranteed and any delay will not be held responsible by us unless it is a delay to despatch.

Shipping Notification & Tracking

Your product will be shipped either via Australia Post or a courier company, whichever is better in terms of delivery time and cost. As soon as the product is packed and shipped you will receive a notification mail which will include the estimated delivery date and shipment tracking Id. In case you want to track your product, you could go to the website of the corresponding courier agency and check the status using the tracking Id.


Return Criteria

You can return the products if it fulfills any one of the below-mentioned conditions:
  • The product is damaged or faulty.
  • You received a product different from the one you order
  • There is no return and refund available for change of mind once you have placed the order

Things to note

Ensure your product satisfies any one of the aforementioned conditions.
In every case, you are required to call or email us within 48 hours after you have received the product and we’ll instruct on how to return the product.
The product should be shipped back to us within 7 days from the day you have received.
It is obligatory to keep a copy of the invoice with the package.
Unfortunately, we will not accept the return if the original tags on the products are absent or the seal is tampered. In case you got a wrong product and returning the same, make sure the seal and packing is nit tampered. There is a chance for the products to incur damages due to the courier company’s fault. In such a case, we will accept the return but if the damage is incurred from the customer’s end we will not accept the return, unfortunately. Therefore, for the sake of trust and clarity, please send us a photo of the product via e mail before sending the package.

Refund Policy

Once we have received the product in good condition, we will initiate the refund within 2 days. In case you are returning the product because of damage, then the refund will be initiated without inspection.
You will receive an e-mail notification upon the acceptance or rejection of Refund
The refund amount will be credited back via the payment mode you opted within 7-10 days.
In case you have paid the amount as cash on pick up and want to return the product, send us an email stating the reason for the refund. If we approve the return, return the product and collect your refund.


In case you have changed your mind on the product you have ordered, you have the option to cancel the order by calling us before we have initiated the dispatch.
If you have already paid for the product, you will receive a refund via the payment mode you used while placing the order. When the cancellation is successful, you will be notified via e mail.
