Her expertise spans a range of conditions, including chronic pain (back, neck, and knee), digestive disorders, diabetes, and stress-related ailments, where she employs a tailored combination of Yoga asanas, breathwork, meditation, and Ayurvedic principles for long-term relief and well-being.
