In December 2019 my husband and I attended an Ayurveda Yoga and Cultural Retreat in Kerala, India, expertly and efficiently organised by Dr Rafeena and Dr Shaun. Dr Rafeena had in the past worked as an Ayurvedic practitioner at the particular retreat in India and so was well informed and qualified to recommend the high-quality care that was delivered by the doctors and therapists, resulting in beneficial health results for all members of the group.
